START?

GETTING
STARTED
is the
toughest part of the planning process. It's something you'll do once in a
lifetime. You can't expect to know the "ins and outs" of the wedding
business and there are many vendors who prey on knowing that. We'll give you
a good idea of what to expect on services and pricing, the proper questions
to ask, and what red flags to look for. You're always welcome to come back
to us with information and ask for opinions and guidance. Ultimately, you'll
feel safer having us as your safety net.

SELECTING
YOUR VENDORS can be
a stressful job that requires more than one set of hands. We'll listen to
your desires and do the legwork for you by browsing the available companies
on your special day. Within our set time we'll deliver 2-3 of our most
suggested vendors for each category. You can rest assured knowing that we've
already investigated, spoke with, and looked into the details of both the
companies and what they will offer for you. You're welcome to make the
decisions or allow us to provide you with some guidance on doing so.

THE BOOKING
PROCESS is costly
and stressful... After all, you're going to have over a dozen contracts,
deposits, and due dates to keep track of. We'll create a portfolio of all
the necessary information to make it easier for you. We're also going to
send you reminders with due dates thirty days in advance. Ultimately, we're
going to require you to have all of your vendors paid with final planning
complete thirty days in advance. This will allow you to relax the month of
your wedding and to handle any of those last minute items that will pop up.

EXECUTING THE
WEDDING is the most
nerve-wracking part of all. Taking a year's worth of investments, time, and
hard work and making sure it's completed and executed in just the way you'd
like is an important job. Who's responsible? Mom? Dad? A friend? Breath easy
and rest with confidence knowing that you'll have your Licensed Wedding
Coordinator live with you the entire day from the time you wake up until the
reception is over!

AFTER THE
WEDDING the work
doesn't stop. Who's going to handle thank-you cards not just to your guests
but to your vendors? Gratuities? Refundable deposits? We're even going to
keep track of all of your Honeymoon plans to ensure flights,
transportations, and your arrangements are on time and as planned. In the
event of an incident on your honeymoon we'll contact you immediately. We've
got you covered and will stick with you for up to thirty days following your
wedding.
